Dear Revdex.com;I want to respond to the complaint The Music Tree offers trial lessons for people who are not sure if they want lessons, people who are not sure which instrument they want to play, people who want to make sure they connect with the instructor, just to mention a few We offer these as a reduced priced package of three (3) lessons for $ [redacted] versus signing up for a full semester (three (3) months) of lessons.We explain to all people signing up for trial lessons they are a special program at a reduced price to see if they want to continue and what they are wanting to continue with.Ms*** brought her daughter to one lesson on 11-3-and contacted us on 12/to tell us she was not happy with the trial lesson The lessons were scheduled for 11/3--11/10--11/ Our policy is to contact us via email hours in advance of cancelling a lesson (which she did not do for either of her last two lessons Here was her email: [redacted] >12/18/17tomehello, my daughter signed up for a trial period and did not enjoy the first session I was wondering if I may get a partial refund? Music Tree was waiting for the funds to clear the consumers financial institution. The funds finally cleared the consumers bank account and a refund was issued on 12/5/2017 in the amount of $[redacted]. Mr. [redacted] stated that the business also sent an apology to the consumer via email.
