To : Whom This May Concern,I am writing on behalf of The Nail Sculpture IncRegarding a complaint that we had received with ID of ***This client came in on Thurs Aug 27th for a polish change on her toes at closing hours as she stated, my technician took her in thinking this service wouldn't
take too longI was in the eyelash/ wax room and heard about ** *** complaining about why can't my technician try all four colors she pick out to see which one is best on herAs I was coming out of my room and saw that another technician (Kathy) was trying to help ** *** with the colors, while Kathy said that she would paint a little swatch on her nails so that *** can see the color, she again raised her voice and said that she has to paint on ***'s nails because of the different complexionSo my team disregard the late show and did what is necessary to please a customer.Next day Friday Aug 28th, *** came back in for a refill on her nails and my same tech (Kathy) that was helping her yesterday again helped herDid a round of refill and when time to pick out her nail polish color she demands for the same color that she had chosen yesterday, my tech did her best to pick out all the colors that *** picked out only to find out that she wanted her nails and toes to matchNow most of our clients pick out their color or they would give us a name of a color and we would gladly assist, but *** demands to be waited on and she stay at the nail station while my tech walks back and forth t to pick out the matching colorOnce the color was picked our for her, my tech confirms the color is the only match, *** argues and said that was not the color she pick out yesterdayI came to my tech's assistant because she said that she needed help explaining to *** that the Blue green color is color that was apply on her toes from yesterdayShe then got angry at me and said that was not the bottle and state that I would switch polish from round bottles to square bottles overnightI try to explain to her that there was o only one blue green nail polish over on the polish rack but if she would like to have a second look then we would wait for her to do soShe got even angrier and said why would she pick out the color when she only remembers the bottle not looking like the one we picked for herAgain trying to show her that there is only one bluish green color but she became real irate and disrespectful calling me names and using profanitiesShe then told me that she has been our patron for a year and had never had to deal with this B.SI told her that if she is a regular then she should know that I am the owner and I knows all my nail polishes since I ordered them myselfShe started to call me racist B that and this, but how is that possible When I am considered as a minority in this country and just trying to operate an honest small business to make ends meet and put food on the table for my children.We did her no wrong so a refund to her would only encourage her bad behaviorI wouldn't want any part of that and quite frankly if she ever comes again, I would call the police and physically banned her from my locationDue to the fact that she is disrespectful, rude and demandingI would not allow anyone to feel so entitled and thinks that they can do however they feel and treat peoples like dirt to be a patron of MineBeen operating my business for over years and have gain many clients who I love and respectRespect is what you earn by treating people the way you wanted to be treatedNothing was directed to her in any manors that indicates we were racist to her because we did have a full salon of all ethnicityI have the rights to refuse services to misconduct clients.Regards,Mindy

I wouldn't want any part of that and quite frankly if she ever comes again, I would call the police and physically banned her from my location. Due to the fact that she is disrespectful, rude and demanding. I would not allow anyone to feel so entitled and thinks that they can do however they feel and treat peoples like dirt to be a patron of Mine. Been operating my business for over 23 years and have gain many clients who I love and respect. Respect is what you earn by treating people the way you wanted to be treated. Nothing was directed to her in any manors that indicates we were racist to her because we did have a full salon of all ethnicity. I have the rights to refuse services to misconduct clients.
