Review: First few visits were good. Then my boyfriend got me a $50 gift certificate for Valentine's day. When I went in to use it my services cost $35. I gave them the gift certificate and they said that my certificate was worth $47 and I had already used $37 on it. I explained that I had not been there since I received the gift. They insisted I had and made me pay $25 extra. The girl told me the owner would call me, which the owner never did. So I went back in demanding to speak with the manager or owner. All the girls claimed they both were off and refused to give me their phone numbers. I went back again another day and one of the girls told me there is no manager and the owner is on vacation. Here is the breakdown of money exchanged: $50 (gift certificate) + $25 (cash) - $35 (services) =$40 they owe me. I do not wish to use their services again because of this situation. I would love my money back and to spend it at a salon that does not rip their customers off, has a manager on site and cares about customer service. This was clearly their mistake and they do not care to make it right.
