Good afternoon Ms. [redacted], I have already sent you an email to your email listed on Revdex.com. Revdex.com finally gave me the option to reply on here so I will be copying and pasting the same message I sent you via email. This is The Nail Spa. Again, we deeply apologize for everything that has happened. I am not positive how Revdex.com works but it hasn't notified me at all with your responses and/or helped me resolve anything with you yet. And most importantly, it will NOT let me respond back to you. Revdex.com claims "there is no action for you to take at this time. We will contact you when we next require your input". I'm not sure how to navigate Revdex.com but I do want to resolve this problem for you once and for all. How can we reimburse you the $280 amount that you specified? Would you like a check in the mail or how do we go about this? I would really like to resolve this problem for you and we are willing to do it as soon as possible if you let us know how to reimburse you. Someone named Cindy called my phone once on Monday and twice on Tuesday, finally leaving message wishing to speak to me. I responded to her through the email she left in the Revdex.com response on Tuesday expressing my desire to communicate through either email or text so that any communication would be recorded and could be forwarded to the Revdex.com. After no response from her on Tuesday or Wednesday I texted the number she called from stating the same thing as in the email. I received no response. My complaint was filed with the Revdex.com December 4, 2017. They never responded in the allotted amount of time, then four months later they choose to try and contact me via phone but won’t respond via email or text? Doesn’t seem as though they are interested in resolving the complaint or fix the issue if it’s recorded by text or email.

I am rejecting this response because: I visited the Nail Spa in Greeley  with my niece while visiting Colorado for Thanksgiving , so she probably was the one who signed in because she had been there before , I also have credit card statement proving I paid for the visit for my niece and I. I used my husbands credit card. I’m more than happy to provide a copy of the credit card statement and a copy of my medical bill for the removal of the nail due to the infection. I also have pictures of the nail infection, the doctor visit procedures and the healing process .

Ms. [redacted], Of course we would like to resolve this issue, via text/email or whatever you like. It is obvious we want to fix the issue because we attempted to call you, we thought it would be faster and easier if we called but if that's not what you like then we will proceed on here. We do not text often and so we can use email. As you can tell per my last message, we are actively trying to resolve the problem. We have been emailing back and forth on Revdex.com here a couple times now but you are saying we haven't responded. We are trying our best to help as you can tell. We have no malicious intent. Let us get to resolving the issues--How would you like us to resolve this issue? What can we do and how do you want us to do it?

Clarification to my complaint is as follows: I filed a complaint in December and the business never responded in the allotted time, so I received email that the complaint had been closed because of no response. Four months from my original complaint the business decides they want to respond and call me directly with excuses of never being notified. I responded to the voicemail and their response via text and email because I wanted every thing on paper and they refused to respond. Then I must continually respond to these Revdex.com emails on a closed complaint? I originally requested refund on services and any medical bills pertaining to this incident . If Revdex.com doesn’t allow medical reimbursements then obviously the services refund is what’s left. I’ve provided every receipt, medical bill and pictures of the damage to my finger from the services from this business. The Nail Spa excuses don’t cut it, if they really cared about their customers they would’ve responded in a timely manner. It’s not about the money, it’s about having a clean environment so this doesn’t happen to another person. And it runs deeper for me and my family, my sister passed away in June 2017 , and this was a place my sister had taken her daughters to get nails done. So for me it was my duty to do the same for my niece and this experience tainted that for us. I have worked hard to make everyone I can aware of this situation and The Nail Spa has done nothing but make excuses instead of making it right, Shame on them!
