I am rejecting this response because:1. The customer was informed that it is our policy for a credit card holder to email or call our office for permission to charge the fee if it is not in the name of the person requesting the material. She was upset about this requirement.[redacted]'s response to this remark: I spoke on the phone with one LOUDON M[redacted] and was in fact never informed that I could call their office for "permission of charge" and additionally I was never once informed UNTIL AFTER THE FACT that "if the fee is not in the name of the person requesting the material." SEE EMAIL EXCHANGE BELOW:DECEMBER 26 2016: Hello Loudon M[redacted], I spoke with you this morning on the phone to confirm that I could take the course online and you instructed me to email you once more.I want to confirm that the 4 hour IDP course is for EMS providers before I provide you my credit card information. I need to complete my course and receive my certification for the course by January 18th at the very latest. Sincerely, [redacted] DECEMBER 27 2016: I emailed LOUDON M[redacted] our payment information.DECEMBER 29 2016: FROM LOUDON M[redacted]:We need seperate email from the holder of credit card.Sent from my Sprint Samsung Galaxy S7 edge.2. It was suggested to her that she contact Department of Health to verify if she needed 4 hours or 7 hours of training for her EMT training, usually Emergency Medical Team training requires 7 hours because they are exposed to blood and body fluids. She was very upset that this was mentioned to her. It was a mentioned to her to make sure she received the proper hours.[redacted]'s response to this remark: Below you will see a conversation via email that I personally had with LOUDON M[redacted] regarding the requirements of a 4 or 7 hour certification. I can tell you point blank that it was not kindly suggested that I contact the Department of Health to verify this information and I would like it to be made known that I informed LOUDON M[redacted] on multiple occasions that I'd spoken with the director of my EMT program who promised me a 4 or 7 hour was ACCEPTABLE to get into the program. I was upset at LOUDON M[redacted] for getting involved in a subject she clearly had no firm information on, specifically the program I was applying to. I informed LOUDON M[redacted] multiple times that I wanted to take the exam for the 4 hour certification. AND AFTER I'd taken the exam LOUDON MOTNO tells me that she sent me the 7 hour exam; ALSO SEE EMAILS BELOW. She clearly chose to go against my direct requests. JANUARY 11 2017: Hello [redacted], Since you are associated with EMT, I will send you the 7 hour certificate. The quiz you took covers the 7 hour material for EMT, CNAs and others that may be exposed to blood or body fluids. You will need to send a copy of your ID since you have two different last names in your emails to us. Loudon M[redacted]Executive DirectorThe National Association of Caregivers Giving Care"Educating Those Who Care"www.caregiversclass.comOffice: 425-835-0004Mobil and Text: [redacted]JANUARY 11 2017: Hi Loudon M[redacted], In my previous email with my answers I sent you a copy of my state ID. Additionally, I'm applying to an EMT program at a local 2- year college that explicitly state I can apply with either the 4 hour or 7 hour, but thanks anyway. 3. Her certificate was scanned to her email as a PDF file. She insisted we send it in another format. She was informed that she could take it to any copy shop to have it printed and her original was mailed to her.[redacted]'s response to this remark: Reading the above remark from LOUDON M[redacted] was hilarious. I would like to share that the certificate emailed to me was NOT scanned to me as a PDF but rather a PUBLISHER file that was unreadable nor editable- meaning I'm unable to open the file or decode and save in order to open it in any other file format. Additionally, I did not "insist" the file be send to me in another format but KINDLY ASKED to see if it was possible. I received an extremely rude response back basically telling me no. I also informed LOUDON M[redacted] that because the format she sent the certificate to me was unreadable means I was unable to download/upload it to a portable USB and print off at a copy shop. LOUDON M[redacted] insisted I was wrong and was extremely unhelpful. SEE EMAIL REFERRED IN #2 RESPONSE.4. The credit card used was refunded the $35.00 fee because of her dissatisfaction.
[redacted]'s response to this remark: FINALLY some truth. I did in fact receive a refund because this business is unprofessional and unhelpful in every way.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
