I AM OUT OVER $400. I DID NOT DO MY DO DILIGENCE AND GOT RIPPED OFF. GREG, THE COMPANY REP, LEAD ME TO BELIEVE I WOULD BE GETTTING INSURANCE THAT WOUULD COVER JUST ABOUT ANYTHING. WOULD BE A MONTH TO MONTH INSURANCE. MY INITIAL PAYMENT WAS JUST A ONE TIME THING, I WAS TOLD. FOUND OUT THAT AFTER MY INTIAL PAYMENT, PAYMENTS WOULD BE TAKEN OUT AUTOMATALLY. READ THROUGH THE DOCS AFTER THE FACT AND WAS TOTALLY DIFFERENT THEN WHAT GREG LEAD ME TO BELIEVE. I'M PISSED OFF AT MY SELF MORE THAN ANYONE. I SHOULD KNOW BETTER. YOU KNOW WHAT THEY SAY, IF IT SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE IT IS...

I spoke with Dante when I was looking for a new insurance for my family...Dante offered me insurance that would cover 80/all regular doctors visits and well checks...and pre existing condition was ok...and that my deductible would be for hospital or major life events only...I went to the doctor for my annual checkup and I was informed that my insurance does not cover anything...no well checks no labs no shots for my kids...NOTHING I called them today and asked to speeknto Dante but his manager would not even put him on a phoneafter all the questions and arguments she told me I am nasty and refused to cancel this insurance ...Now I have to go through my bank to stop payments..wow they are scamers...they just left my kids without health insurance...and my husband that has type [redacted] ...I asked for my money back and she told me I do not qualify to get my back

I have been billed for the last months for a Discount RX plan that I cannot use in Alaska according to the website It is illegal to sell someone a plan that is not valid in their state Customer Representative said the website might be outdated but she knows it is valid in Alaska (she was very short and pushed me off the call) I asked for proof that I approved this plan because I dont ever recall providing approval (I have never received a membership card or any information from NCE)She said this is voice verification and it would be a violation of HIPPA to send me my own voice verification (interesting) This appears to be a fraudulent company

I was contacted by this company just days after my husband lost his job The company was pressuring me into buying this insurance coverage by saying that we would pay a huge financial penalty on our taxes if we didn't purchase health insurance right away Also pressured me into believing that this was actual health insurance and then the card they send out and the website tells you it's not health insurance Our [redacted] was debited a total of $3,for insurance that was useless

NCE (National Congress of Employers Association) / Unified healththis company is a fraudthey trick you into thinking this is a legit health ins that you wont get dinged for during taxes, the agent Zachery Z [redacted] told me I can cancel within days I called the next day to cancel but was giving me the run around and told me if I canceled rates can go upBut I told I'm ok with that, them he proceeded to tell me that I wont get a charge until the next months hahaI was like how is that possibleI was trying to cancel! then after having to repeat myself over and over about canceling he decided to tell me that I would have to send proof that I still ghad health ins, BSbottom line is they are NOT TELLING YOU THEY TRUTH S DONT PAY THEM NOTHINGI called a different # and got connected to UNIFIED PLUS " supposed health insurer" and they canceled my policy and are supposed to refund me, I have emails stating thatbut it better be true cause I will dispute themBad Mistake

I contracted the services of this company that appear online on HEALTH INSURANCE COMPANIES search even if they deny they are a health insurance company when you need them The customer services takes several minutes of waiting on the telephone, unacceptable if you have an emergency I was at the doctor's office for my annual checkupPreventive medicine is most welcome to most insurersWhen it came to lab services this comany informed lab tests were not included Lab tests are mandatory for any procedure, medication or general testing I had to pay my own lab tests and decided to cancel the policy, after losing $plus and received NOTHING I want my money back, We were on the phone the day of the purchase and they never informed me such an important thing as the lab tests were not included This company is a fraud advertising its services and providing the services

IT’S A SCAM… DO NOT USE… NATIONAL CONGRESS OF EMPLOYERS.
I needed Affordable health care… I am low income and couldn’t afford to pay for regular health care insurance.
I saw on line an offer of Healthcare insurance for under $100 a month. Even that amount would be a problem to find but I had to have something.
I contacted the company and whoever I spoke to on the phone assured me this was exactly what I needed. It would cover me for all my medical and doctors’ visits and I wouldn’t have to pay for prescriptions…
IT WAS ALL A LIE…
At first they wanted $204 to sign up but when I said I didn’t have that much they reduced it to $124 as a first instalment.
After I had signed up and paid the $124 … Only then did I discover that it wasn’t insurance at all, it was a “DISCOUNT CARD”…. Which meant I would be offered a discount on my doctors’ visits and prescriptions, it didn’t cover me for anything, and the only doctors who accepted the card and would give me a discount were miles away from where I live.

Review: We purchased a plan from the company over a year ago. Last week my husband needed to see a doctor so I called the company to find out what I needed to do. All I get is a machine. I've left numerous messages on multiple phone numbers with no response. This morning I called long distance and got a secretary that took my information. He assured me that we would get a response back. I still have not heard anything back. I am afraid that all the money we have paid into this plan is worthless. I need to know if the money is refundable if we can't get anything resolved.Desired Settlement: I want the company to call and explain how their company works so that we can start using them. I don't want to keep paying a company for services we can't use.

We hope, her concerns w ill have been resolved before this response is received the Bureau.By way of background, the N CE is a membership association through which members can access a variety of insurance and non-insurance benefit programs. I n the case of Ms. [redacted], the benefit program she opted to purchase is with the Unified Life Insurance Company. NCE is not an insurance agency, licensed TPA or an I nsurance Company and we thus not qualified nor legally permitted to discuss insu red member benefit programs. To clarify, we have been u nable to determ I ne where Ms.[redacted] was calling but we can say with certainty that she did not call the NCE offices. These calls are ordinarily handled by the customer service departments of the licensed I nsurance agency thatenrolled a member or directly by the insurance carrier. To add an additional level of Member Service, the association has retained a licensed third party administrator to assist in precisely these sorts of customer service situations. Given that we have three separate points of contact, staffed with trained customer service professiona ls specifically ded icated to fielding these calls and to avoid theseincidents -- problems are very rare. Frankly, is the first incident we can recall of a member being wholly unable to reach anyone at any of the multiple customer service centers available to them.Not withstanding, we sincerely apologize to Ms. [redacted] for the aggravation and inconvenience and to the Bureau for their being required to expend time and resources.If we can be of further assistance or if there is any other information we can provide please contact us. Review: I tried to get health insurance through the [redacted] website and I was not able to for whatever reason. Immediately after getting off the site my phone began ringing. It was different companies trying to sell me health care. After ignoring them for a few days I decided to take a call and it was NCE. They ask if I was still looking and why was I looking. I told them yes and it was to fulfill the [redacted] care crap so I would not be penalized again during tax season. So they assure it would satisfy that and for $200 per month I thought it was legit. After a month I receive my packet in the mail and first thing I read on it is "This program is not Insurance it is a discount program" After reading into it even further it states it doesn't even satisfy the [redacted] requirement. I called them up and they told me to submit a form online and I would get a full refund. Well a full refund would have been $310 dollars but they only refunded $210 dollars, they kept $100 for processing. Since I was lied to I don't feel I should lose $100. I feel this is their scam to make $100 off of as many people as they can because obviously people will cancel once they see the stuff they are selling is crapDesired Settlement: I took this packet they sent me to a local Insurance agent and they assure me it was crap. All I want is my $100 dollars back and something done to this company so they wont screw somebody else

Review: Thought I was getting health insurance through reliable company!! Gave personal information like bank numbers- check numbers and social security number!! Told bank not to pay the amount they so far didn't take money out of checking account!! I signed agreement over phone but they did not confirm that I got insurance or company accepted my information!! Am I forced to still take insurance!! Complaints state have to receive info in mail before cancelling if they can!! Is this true???? Thanks!!! Definitely do not want there insurance!!Desired Settlement: Make sure I don't pay what I agreed to since I didn't know it was on Revdex.com List for not being reliable!! Th is information was contained in the electronic fulfillment package, emailed to her moments after she en rolled, which details all aspects of her insurance and association benefits including notice that she was free to cancel and receive her refund at any time.To clarify - NCE is not an insurance company, insurane agency or third party administrator. We are a membership association through which members can access a variety of I nsurance and non­ insurance benefit programs th rough independen t licensed insurance agents a nd agencies. In the case of Ms. [redacted], the benefit program sh e opted to purchase is an insurance plan underwritt en by ahighly regarded, AM Best Rated Carrier, sold to her by a licensed agent who is part of a licensed agency.With regard to the member's determination that we or our carriers are "unreliable", I am uncertain how to address that allegation other than to point out that in its 18 + year history the association has enrolled over a quarter of a million members a nd has done so with a ratio ofcomplaints to satisfied customers exponentially lower than any of the major insurance carriers in the coun try. Additionally, with the exception of complaints such as this, based upon reputation and not even contain I ng any allegation of wrong doing on any party's part, 100% of the complaints that the association has received are based upon the conduct of other independently owned and controlledbusiness entities such as agencies, insurance companies, DM PO networks, administrators a nd fulfill ment vendors working with us that are erroneously misattributed to NCE.Thank you for you r consideration and if we can be of further assistance or if there is any other information we can provide please contact us. This coverage is a SCAM! They assured me numerous times that I would be receiving medical, dental AND vision insurance. I then received my packets and it stated on there that "This is not insurance, this is a discount program." I immediately tried to call and cancel (with the number they gave me) and no one EVER answers or calls you back, no matter what time of day it is. I called me credit card company and filed a dispute and they tried to call them and there was still no answer. I had to change my card # and block them. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS- THEY ARE CROOKS!
