Review: On 22 October 2013, I ordered a refrigerator from this company. This company immediately charged my credit card $2950.00. On 11 December 2013, I received an email from this company stating they cannot deliver my refrigerator because they are declaring bankruptcy. I filed a complaint with my credit card company who told me that they may not be able to put the money back on my credit card. I request a reimbursement of my $2950.00 from this company.Desired Settlement: total reimbursement of $2950.00 to my credit card.

The response from The Natural Abode is incorrect. This company did not refund my account. On 7 January 2014, my credit card company issued a temporary credit back to my account while they attempt to solve the issue with The Natural Abode. I have not heard from my credit card company that the problem is solved.
