Failed to deliver quality service and no response after services performed.Purchase Date 9/17/2012Payment Amount - $19,200We started out impressed with [redacted]' knowledge and recommendations. Scheduling was always rough to work out but we figured he was in demand and knew what he was doing. After working with him on yard project we now see that there are some really bad choices in the types of plants, like butterfly bushes in our front yard that look terrible in the winter time. We've shown photos of our landscape to multiple local landscapers and nurseries and everyone has responded with, I can't believe someone choose those for your front plants. However that's not the worst part, for 2 years our backyard has been a swamp because of the work that they did. They removed drainage in our yard and did not replace it properly. We've had several other contractors tell us we'll need to remove the expensive stone wall that the Natural Accent installed in order to fix the drainage and use our yard again. We have tried working with [redacted] on multiple occasions to fix the yard and there has been a complete lack of response. If you want a quality landscaper that is responsive to your needs, this is not the company for you. We expect to sink another 5-10k to repair the backyard after the mess they left us.Desired SettlementWe are seeking a refund or full repair of our backyard. It's still a swamp and some contractors have told us the drainage issues are behind the stone wall that was installed by the Natural Accent. We've also lost money when we paid to have sod installed only to have the whole yard washed out because of drainage issues. So either repair our backyard or cover the cost to have another company repair it.Business Response /[redacted]/Contacted the customer on 1/1/2015. Did a site visit on 1/2/2015 with the customer to go over the issues in the yard. We will have a plan in place to correct the problem by 1/9/2015. We hope to have the problem addressed before the end of January. Just depends on the weather. Drainage problems need a little dry weather to correct.
