The Natural Alternative Center

Review: Natural Alternative Center has no working phone number (###-###-####; ###-###-####) and they do not answer e-mails [redacted]. As you can see they do not even have a legitimate business e-mail, this is a personal e-mail.

When I contacted my bank (Bank of America), the institution tried to call Natural Alternative Center on 8-**-14 but could not obtain a working number. They have two different addresses ([redacted] and [redacted]. But there is no sign listed on the [redacted] building. They seem to be hiding from someone. When I was there, the mailman delivered a letter from the Internal Revenue Services most likely for unpaid taxes.

I was ripped off for 92.97 via credit card for a colonic for another person on Fri. 8-*-14 but the colonic was not at all by the technician [redacted]. I am demanding a full refund. They pretended to provide this service. [redacted] admitted she did not know how to do the colonic with the standard tubes provided yet [redacted] the [redacted] claimed [redacted] was advanced. The equipment was not sterile and there was no fecal matter extracted. The person who received the colonic gained weight after the session, and was even more constipated. All [redacted] did was hold the tube that goes up the anus and another tube where the feces is supposed to pass through. The person only felt pressure on the anus but no water reached the intestines as it usually does. The session was supposed to last for 50 minutes but [redacted]e intentionally cut it short by demanding the person complete paperwork again. [redacted] also inaccurately claimed the person had high blood pressure which makes no sense. [redacted] also abruptly ended the session with no explanation. Completing paperwork was unnecessary because the person had already been to the center before and her information was still in their computer files. When the person came before another technician did the colonic and the service was fine but this place now looks like a ghost town as they have ran all of their customers away. [redacted] did not utilize the equipment properly that is a tube on the wall through which the fecal matter passes. The previous technician utilized this equipment and conducted the colonic in a proper manner.

Natural Alternative Center has a ton of negative reviews on [redacted].

I wished I had seen these reviews before wasting 92.97.

There is also another report of fraud and rip off [redacted].

The only thing Natural Alternative Center cares about is responding in a hostile way to unfavorable [redacted] reviews.

On top of that the place is dirty and dark and would most likely receive a failing grade if inspected.

Most importantly, they made a photocopy of my credit card and identification without my permission and I am demanding they discard this file and give me a full refund of 92.97. I could understand if they needed to inspect my ID to make sure it matches my credit card but they did not need to keep a copy of this personal info which can be used to commit identity theft etc.

They have a history of overcharging customers and they need to be thoroughly investigated.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund for 92.97 and they must discard my credit card information and identification that they copied without my permission.
