customer isn't satisfied for one reason or another.  Sometimes there are times we feel a customer is being a bit unreasonable; yet we don't forget that our reputation is our greatest asset and do almost anything to bring the situation to a happy conclusion. Yet there are rare instances when we need to stand up to extreme situations where we're being taken advantage of in a totally inappropriate way; we still need to maintain our dignity!  In this Revdex.com complaint filed by Darius; we feel we were a victim of an extortion attempt.Darius was apparently very happy with us when we made his custom order engagement ring.  (This is all well documented in email correspondence with him during the initial interactions)He then had a very quick change of opinion after we made a matching wedding band that had a slight issue which we immediately corrected.He demanded that we not only completely refund ALL his purchases but demanded additional monies for his time.  Which he demands again in this complaint filing.He threatened me physically when I spoke to him on the phone to try and come to a rational conclusion.  We made and delivered 2 completely custom made rings, which can be seen in the attached photos.  These photos were taken ten minutes before the rings were put in a FedEx box and sent to him.  They are exceptionally beautiful and we are very proud of the work.  To demand that his engagement ring, wedding band be completely free, and pay him additional money on top of what he paid for them is totally absolutely ridiculous.Darius disputed both purchases which he paid for with [redacted].  [redacted] has a strong history of siding with the customer vs vendor.In this case [redacted] refused to accept Darius's claim and he was denied ANY and ALL refund disputes by them. We will defend ourselves against clients that attempt to treat us this way even if it results in a negative review.  I hope that future customers review our response and see that this is a situation where we were not at fault.We wish Darius better days ahead and focus on the very attractive rings which he designed and asked us to make for his bride.  They are very very unique and special.

My purchase from The Natural Sapphire Company (NSC) was among the best online purchase experiences I have ever had. As an international customer from Europe, I have been mostly communicating with the representative for the European market from the United Kingdom, who was extremely helpful and available online and on phone when I needed to contact him.

What made this experience so great? I have requested and received multiple 3D renditions of the custom-made engagement rings I have been deciding between. Also, The NSC appeared to be extremely flexible in caring for their customers as I got an individual payment plan and had the ring shipped to my temporary address abroad without any trouble. Shipping was very prompt and the ring arrived in a beautiful, presentable box. In addition to this, the staff was very professional in their communication and was able to promptly answer all my questions. This all made an excellent impression of a business that is truly customer-oriented. As far as the ring itself is concerned, it is an extremely fine piece of jewelry that far exceeded the expectations I had had.

Will I purchase jewelry from them again? Definitely yes - in fact, me and my fiancée are planning to purchase our wedding bands from The NSC. I can fully recommend this company to anybody looking for an exceptional jewelry and a great customer service.

I couldn't be happier with the service provided to me by the Natural Sapphire Company. At first I was like any other person, doubting whether such a big purchase should be made from an online company but [redacted] was constantly on hand to answer any questions I had as well as providing updates whenever I needed them - Which I'm sure was a way bigger ask than normal due to the time difference as I'm in the **! In short, [redacted] helped me get a "Yes" from my soon-to-be-wife and at a fantastic price for the quality of the gem and ring. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I had a horrible experience with NSC about 5 years back, regarding my sapphire and palladium engagement ring.

My engagement ring was a beautiful natural sapphire in a palladium setting. The first year I had it, it broke 3 TIMES. I am not a rough and tumble person, the first time it bent when I accidentally knocked my finger on the inside of the washer putting wash in. I didn't hurt my finger at all, but the ring broke. They fixed it and sent it back. It happened again, and they fixed it but charged me. The last time I was sick of getting it fixed (plus the expense of shipping it), and I wrote and said that I thought the metal was faulty in some way. I took it to a local jeweler who works with a lot of palladium, and they said that the metal was cast improperly. CLose up you could see it was pock marked and didn't look like other rings of palladium.

So, I contacted NSC and they vehemently defended their faulty ring, in the nastiest way possible. Personal attacks, legal threats, etc. etc., when all I was asking for was a new setting of some kind, something that wouldn't keep breaking.

I ended up giving up, I bought a new engagement ring somewhere else, and plan to get the sapphire re-set someday, by someone who knows what they are doing.

Moral of the story is that the company owner is a jerk, they do not stand by their product, and they do not know how to work with palladium. I wouldn't spend a cent there.

Hi I would especially like to thank. [redacted], our contact from [redacted], re: the purchase of my ring for our anniversary! I can't praise him enough, he was always courteous, helpful, friendly, always kept in touch to discuss my changes, and there were many!
He didn't loose patience, when I decided to change the design, a few times, or the makers hadn't quite understood the design changes.
When the ring was ready for order, he followed the tracking and make sure it arrived when it was meant to, and that it arrived in good order.
we were very happy with the ring, and had a very good experience throughout the process.
