Review: This is a fraudulent business. This company has taken my money and never sent my items. The email they listed does not exist. The phone number is a cell phone and they never answer. Do not waist your money. This is a scam!Desired Settlement: I would like for this website to be shut down if they are not a genuine business. Otherwise I would like to get my money back.

Review: 6 months ago (!) I ordered $42.65 worth of product. It took over 2 months to arrive and was the wrong product when it actually DID arrive. I chatted with the owner, Lee, who said he would correct the problem when he got new stock. I again waited another month. I contacted customer service AGAIN and they said they would stay late that evening to get it out to me by the following week. It never arrived. I have AGAIN contacted customer service and they basically provided no help. I have emailed, tried their online chat, called, left voicemails, and have only been able to get sporadic response via text, which is ridiculous. I am SO tired of dealing with this company. I either want my product (plus additional product which was promised to me because of the extreme inconvenience) or a full refund, plus the return shipping (which the owner promised would be refunded if I mailed them back). I have all of these "promises" saved in chat and can be provided if necessary. There are also other online reports of fraud and scamming.Desired Settlement: 7-12" sea fans (handpicked for quality, as promised) and including red coral "sea fans," as promised. Plus my return shipping of $12 from San Diego to Shawano, WI

Review: I ordered from this company online. They charged my card IMMEDIATELY. Saying it would ship within a few days. I never heard from them or received my order. I called, no answer, but a text message stating "I will call you right back". Never called. I have called numerous times and am now being ignored. I placed an order for $900 worth or merchandise. They sent an email invoice stating it was shipped, with a clickable link that was to give me tracking information. I click the link and it directs me to scam info on Google. I looked them up online and see that there are pages of people complaining of the same issues. Being charged and NEVER receiving their merchandise or refund. Please make sure they don't keep stealing money from people. This has been a very costly waste of time and money.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund and to try and protect others from this issue.

Review: I ordered a crystal quartz ($63.76 ) from http://www.naturesowndesigns.com/ and paid by [redacted] on 6/4/13. The product took over 2 weeks to arrive and it looked nothing like the picture and product description on their website. I emailed them to complain the product is not as advertised, I also wrote an online review (which needed to be approved and was never posted/approved by them). [redacted] (she said shes from accounting) replied back on the same day asking what the issues are. I again explained that the product was not as advertised, and I attached pictures of what I received. The next day she replied back saying the shipping department shipped the wrong item and theyll be happy to refund my money plus shipping cost. I wrote back asking if they have the correct item, Id like to do an exchange. [redacted] wrote back in 1 day saying not a problem and offered to refund my shipping plus a gift. I sent the item back on 6/24/13, and I had it tracked so I would know when it arrives. I emailed her to let her know item has shipped back to her (no response). On 7/3/13 I emailed them saying tracking showed that it arrived on 6/27/13 and when can I expect the replacement. No reply this time. On 7/9/13 I emailed again and this time [redacted] replied saying item was shipped that day. Today is 8/18/13 and nothing has arrived in the last 5 weeks. Ive emailed and called many, many times. No one responded. When calling you will just get an answering machine with [redacted] recording, no one ever picked up. Im actually not sure if this is a one-man company, or a husband and wife team, and if [redacted] and Robert are their real names. No address can be found on the website as well (I got the address from the return address of the first package they sent me), just the phone number 715-338-0655 and email [email protected] I warn them on 7/25/13 via email and voice that if they dont get back to me, will notify Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: Refund the amount I paid for the product $63.76 plus return cost $3.31 (Total $$67.07) as they promised.

got a not-so-nice email from Nature's Own Designs last Monday (8/26)

letting me know that you have contacted them, and that they can only

refund the cost of product and not return shipping as they promised. 3

days later (8/29) I got the refund on my credit card.
