employees of the Revdex.com how this business is run.  We gave this so-called business more than ample notification we would not be able to keep our reservations because of my Mother-in-Law's fragile condition.  It is nearly beyond belief that any person with a heart and soul could demand to see a family member's death certificate before issuing a refund when the person who made the reservations clearly gave ample advance notice.  How very sad!
