In reply to your second request for information concerning ID#[redacted]. The complainant was explained the same situation as her friend. The contract that she signed very clearly states no refunds. I have owned this reputable business in Fairmont, West Virginia for twenty eight years. The contracts are approved by the Attorney General's Office in Charleston, West Virginia. We take pride in taking care of our members and have never had a complaint of this type.

[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]I am unsatisfied.  We we told that in order to receive the discounts, we had to pay in full, up front.  Before we rendered payment, we specifically asked the company's representative about refunds. I have since moved over 40 miles (one way) from the facility and can no longer be provided services.  Had the representative not misrepresented the company by stating we would in fact be given a refund,  I would not have signed up and would not have paid for a year in advance because anything can happen.  He should have to honor his representatives mistake.  I feel we were lied to so that we would join and now the company is trying to keep monies for services they can no longer provide.  I want my prorated refund that was promised at time of sign up. ?
