Review: We purchased Broadway tickets to see the play "If/Then" starring [redacted]. However, on the evening of the play, [redacted] was out sick and therefore we requested a refund with the [redacted] agreed to provide a refund and we left the theatre based on the verbal agreement. I have had several email correspondence with [redacted] to which he requested our credit card number so he can provide a refund. A later email stated that he would follow up on the refund. The tickets were purchased back in mid May and our last correspondence with [redacted] was in August. To present, we have not received a refund on our credit card.Desired Settlement: A refund issued to our credit card as agreed by [redacted] of Richard Rodgers Theatre.
