This person is no longer a client at this pointAs we have previously explained to the customer the speed will not always be consistent with the wireless service Contractually, it allows for the service to be less at any given timeAdditionally, when the customer called , we did check the speed
and it was registering a speed that was consistent with the agreementWhen the speed was less we noted that there has been in most cases interference from other locations that does impede the speedPrimarily, it is from locations that have erected a tower and are interfering with the serviceAlso, there is an increasing number of drones flying in the area, which significantly impacts serviceThis has become problematic to the point, we are discontinuing wireless service with a majority of clientsThis is being done because, there are no limitations by the FCC to deter interferenceThere is no process that allows a complaint to be filed and an action taken that will resolve such an issue.The location of the residence will work more efficiently if they had a fiber solutionIf you need further information please feel free to contact me.Thank you

I am still a customer of mainstream and I've never seen a drone flying in my area. Review: CAR WAS BROUGHT IN FOR NOT RUNNING. THE DISCOVERED THE DISTRIBUTOR CAP AND ROTOR FAILED. I AUTHORIZED REPAIR 6/3/2016. WORK WAS NOT COMPLETED WITHIN ESTIMATED TIME ON FRIDAY. THE REASON THEY GAVE WAS THAT THE MECHANIC COULD NOT FIGURE OUT HOW TO TAKE THE CAP OFF. I EXPLAINED WHAT TOOL THAT WAS NEEDED (AS I HAD CHANGE IT MYSELF BEFORE). I WAS PROMISED THE CAR WOULD BE COMPLETE ON MONDAY 6/6/2016. WENT TO PICK UP. [redacted] (THE OWNER) TOLD ME THE ONLY WAY HE COULD GET THE CAP OFF WAS TO TURN THE DISTRIBUTOR AND THAT HE MARKED THE ROTOR TO SET IT BACK. HE THEN ASKED AGAIN HOW I DID IT AND I TOLD HIM. AFTER LEAVING THE SHOP THE CAR RAN ROUGH ON AN IDLE. I LOOKED INTO IT MYSELF. THE #2 WIRE WAS NOT INSERTED INTO THE CAP. I CORRECTED IT BUT COULD NOT CHECK THE OTHER SIDE WITHOUT TAKING THE COIL OFF. I WENT BACK AND EXPLAINED TO [redacted] ON 6/7/2016. HE YELLED AT HIS MECHANIC AND SAID TO BRING IT BACK ANOTHER TIME AS HE WAS TOO BUSY TO CORRECT THE TIMING AND CHECK THE REAMING WIRES AT THIS TIME. HE FOLLOW P BY SAYING AT LEAST HE GOT THE CAR RUNNING.

A REPAIR OF CAP AND ROTOR SHOULD NOT COME BACK TO A CUSTOMER WITH IGNITION WIRES NOT SEATED INTO THE CAP PROPERLY AND IF A DISTRIBUTOR IS MOVE THE CAR SHOULD BE SCOPED TO BE PLACED BACK INTO CORRECT TIMING.Desired Settlement: And also cover expense for repair of there work by the dealership.

This customer's car was TOWED in; it came into the shop not running at all. The car was diagnosed and the customer was not even charged for diagnosis. Repairs, which took many hours, were only charged at a mere $65. The parts totaled $92.28. When the customer picked up the car, it ran smoothly and there were no misfires. The customer returned the next day claiming the car had run rough and that he had fixed it. We never had a chance to see the vehicle or see a receipt from repairs at another shop. The customer was never told to return because we were too busy to look at it. Every car that comes back from a mistake that was made has always been looked at again right away. We would have been willing to look at the car again if he was having problems, but he never gave us the chance. Instead he said he had the car fixed. He picked the car up Monday 6/6/16 and returned on Tuesday 6/7/16 complaining about our repairs and then asking for our BAR number. The customer has new parts ,distributor cap and distributor rotor, in his car which work perfectly fine (the ones he put in were defective which caused his problems in the first place). These parts are good parts and they fixed his problem, yet the customer now wants a refund for these parts.

I am rejecting this response because: The shop did not repair the vehicle properly. it ran horrible and the check engine lite was on. When I went to address the problem with them they sent me away saying they were too bust to look at it. Further, they lacked the skill and proper tools for the repair. At this point, my resolve is to have this on record for future consumers.

I was referred to this facility after being ripped off by other local garages . the owner was so nice to me and explained everything he was going to do and didn't even charge me for checking out my car and running a diagnostic since I had already spent so much money that wasn't needed , I have brought both my cars to them since and feel very confident that they only fix what the problem is and never rip me off !

I have taken several vehicles to this shop over the last year. I've always had great service with excellent prices. They have proven to be very honest.

I have been taking my '97 Civic LX here ever since I bought it in '98. Everyone here is wonderful. The girl's in the office, Jesse and all the guys that work there are super hard working, and do excellant work. Better still, you can trust them implicitly. You will NEVER be charged for anything that isn't necessary, and when they fix something that does need to be done it's for a more than fair price. Over the years they have done some things for me WITHOUT charging, that other places would've made you pay hundreds.
