response because:
1. I am not the *** *** who received services. I tried to call the business to clear up the problem but the person answering my call was very rude and insisted because the address was the same but the birthday was not the same, it was still me. I live and work overseas and do not have the time nor money to fix someone else's error. The business needs to contact me when I am available to have me tell them my birthdate again and send me a pre-paid envelope to send a photo (which will have most PII removed because of this situation)
2. During the time period of 17-July 2014, I was traveling overseas with the Air Force and was not in the United States
3. I do not have insurance with *** and never have
I never had a doctor with the name *** ***
In summary, nothing in the response letter is valid and I will not pay. I have made an attempt to help correct THEIR ERRORS and there is nothing else I can do.
