information on this claim if I could, as we do not have a voucher that costs $30. I imagine the customer was referring to a Groupon because we have had many issues with Groupon, but I do not believe this issue was brought to my attention until now. If the customer had come to talk to me and explain what had happened, I would have happily helped resolve the issue. Even if the Groupon had been marked redeemed accidentally, I would have allowed it to be used for the appropriate movies and concessions. As it stands now, the fine print is there to protect our business, so I do not know what the customer means when she said that we refused to honor fine print on voucher.
