Horrible company. They came out to replace a spring on my door and put on the wrong size spring, it was a 130-140 lb spring when my door is at least 175 lbs. So no wonder when it broke again a year later.
They also only replaced one of my springs. Overhead door was unavailable when the spring broke again so I called two other companies to try to get them to come out. Both said that it was standard procedure when a spring breaks to replace both springs or else you'll have another broken one in no time. Apparently, Overhead door doesn't understand that because that's exactly what happened because of their shoddy workmanship. The guy that came out didn't seem to care about the work and was very unprofessional.
When I called to complain, Overhead door refused to give a refund or own up to the fact that they didn't fix my door correctly. They just didn't seem to care. These guys are the worst. Do not use them.
