Review: Upon ordering shades at a price of $6222.00 from The New Jersey Decorating Exchange, two of the shades were not to my liking. I called the company and they would not come to my home or even exchange the shades. They state that they have a "Peace of Mind" Guarantee on their receipt which they would not honor. Therefore I am lodging a complaint against this company.Desired Settlement: To replace the blinds

Review: I had Global Saratoga office chair that I loved for 6-8 years and could seat on it for 6-8 hours a day with no problem, but the seat cushion went bad.I look at quite a bit of office chairs and couldn't find a office chair I like, so I decide to get my seat reupholstered thinking it would be very easy going to a professional.They did a nice job on the stitching to make it look like the office chair, but they either put a less expensive or less dense foam, because the seat cushion isn't any better than when I brought it to them.I only 180 pounds, when I sit down the seat cushion is depressed and I feel I am sitting on wood? Not a fun experience, I am lucky if I can sit down and not be in pain after sitting on the seat cushion less than 30 minutes. My old seat cushion when it worked, I could sit on it for 6-8 hours a day.I went back today, for them to fix the issue. I bought my chair to show the difference, between the back and seat cushion.The person didn't believe that there was a difference between the back and seat cushion, but you could clearly tell by pushing on the back and seat cushion. Person sat in the chair for less than a minute and said the chair was fine.All they had to do was replace the cushion with denser foam, but the person wasn't willing to fix this issue.Since they didn't fix the seat cushion properly, I now have to spend my valuable time and effort to look for a new office chair.Desired Settlement: At this point, I just want a full refund, to either fix the seat cushion or buy a new chair.
