I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The current GM's (of Heck's Cafe) response is inaccurate because, as can be seen in the former GM's (Tim S***) email, there was an offer of a gift card, but at no point was there an offer of a refundAlso, Tim S [redacted] acknowledged the following in his one email response, "What you experienced is totally unacceptable and we have already taken steps to ensure that this does not happen in our restaurant again." So, I find it had to believe that there haven't been any other complaints about Heck's Cafe either past or present, unless nobody else except for myself formalized a complaint via Revdex.com, which is likely the case since Heck's Cafe wasn't in the Revdex.com database when I initiated the complaint (I had to enter the restaurant's information) Best, [redacted]
