The New Look

Terribly disappointed in the service I received from *** owner of The New Look. I have a hairline crack in my kitchen sink which I needed repaired. *** said his process would repair the crack which was causing a leak under my sink. It took 36 hours from start to finish. My entire kitchen was out of commission during this time. It looked beautiful. The glazing and sealing came with 5 year warranty. Less than two months later the crack came back and sink was leaking. When we called *** to advise he said he would come back out. When he came out a few days later he spoke to my sister. He was mean and rude and did a quick fix. He then advised her that if called back he would charge us. Now less than a week from this rushed repair the crack is back and more leaking. This job cost 300.00 and I'm truly unhappy with the final results and lack of professionalism. An expensive lesson learned I would never recommend this for anyone. Bad business left a bad taste in my mouth.
