Really good at taking your money and giving you the runaround of when it'll be ready I was promised it would be here before March started that was the only reason why I bought furniture with this company because I was having family come into town for a quincenera and needed to not have a mattress just thrown on the ground90% of the times I call I get either the salesmen who took your order isn't here or they simply do not answer the phone which is irritating considering I live min away I had to make about trips to see what was going on because I was told it would be here the next day and so on All they care about is making a quick buck but once it comes down to getting you your merchandise they can care less wether your sleeping on the floor won't be coming back again
Funny how all the negative reviews are exactly like our experience with this same furniture storeWe purchased a dining tableIts beautiful! but once we took it out of the box to assemble it it was chipped on top and on one side of the tableWe called immediately to explain where we found the chips and if we could get another oneThey agreed to get another table to us but after the holidays (Christmas) because they were very busy and that was fine with us because we had just moved in to our house and we did not have a table for all our family and guests who were coming in to town for the holidaysWe had also bought a total of chairs and a benchWe did not receive a chair so they were going to contact us as soon as they received the new table and chair it so we could go pick it upWe called after the holidays and could not get in touch with anyonecouple of months go by and then realize we never received a call or our table and chairThen we went to the store where we first purchased the furniture off Hawkins and they were no longer thereWe then googled where they were located and we went to the new location at Fox Plaza and spoke to the same guy we purchased the furniture from and told him we we had been waiting for a call and we never heard from himwe explained AGAIN that we had spoke to him the day we opened the boxes to assemble the dining table and it was chipped in a couple of places and he was going to order another one and we were checking status on that and also our chair we never receivedHe said he would get it ordered so he obviously never ordered it the day we calledWe then asked if he needed any contact info or our account info and he said he remembered us so there was no needWe left and as I sat in the car I was very uneasyI had a bad feeling!! He gave us the runaround never returned our callsWe went back to the store a couple of months ago and they were no longer there!!! and there was no info as to where the new location went no phone number nothing and we are still waiting for our new table and chair they promised Here we are a year later and nothingI googled to see if they had a new location yet and I saw the KFOX Report and came across all the NEGATIVE comments hereI am very unhappy with this SO CALLED FURNITURE PLACE and I want my money backand they can have there furniture back too! Ill buy else where But have no idea how to go about reporting them!
