The New Washington Apartments

Review: The bottom floor of the apartment is becoming a trash site. The entire basement floor smells of garbage. The property is downtown and often individuals defecate and urinate on the trash. The apartment is poorly insulated resulting in smell throughout the apartment. Management reports they are "working on it" with the owner of the apartment complex months ago...nothing has been done.Desired Settlement: Purchase of more trash cans for garbage to be placed or garbage removed more frequently do to the amount of people living in the apartment complex.
