Review: I sent my son's razor to be honed and it was sent express mail. It was signed for the next day. I called a week later to see what happened and talked to [redacted] who said it was never received. This was a 30th birthday gift for my son. I then called the local post office who sent their person who delivered the razor and was told the person who signed for razor worked there but was off on the weekend. I keep calling The New York Shaving Company but they won't return my calls. The postal deliverer then went back and was told this person DIDN'T work there. This was a $300 razor! I've started a claim with the post office but will never have the original razor back. DO NOT send your razor to The New York Shaving Company!!!!!!!Desired Settlement: Return razor but replace if unable to return.
