Review: They had me sign a contract stating I would be entitled to travel reimbursement and that every time I would participate in their MRI test I would be compensated $75. The first MRI on May [redacted] went well and I was sent the $75 check a month later. The second MRI on August [redacted], they sent a research assistant very unprepared with NO PAPERWORK for me to fill out. I spoke with [redacted] in September who stated there was a delay in processing the check because they needed me to fill out a form which [redacted] faxed to me, I signed it and faxed it back. Yesterday 10/**/14, I get a call from [redacted]'s office, his assistant stated that she needed me to come to the office and fill out a form so they can process the check. I told her I already spoke to [redacted]. Today- 10/**/14, I called [redacted] this morning and he stated there's one more form for the transportation reimbursement and that the check for the MRI has been processed. Again I ask him to fax to me, he said Sure but it'll take about an hour. Two hours later I call him and he doesnt answer so I leave a voicemail. I haven't gotten the check for the 2nd MRI OR for the transportation reimbursement. They're giving me the run- around and I dont like appreciate it. I will never do another study and I will spread the word for people to not participate in studies at Columbia University Medical Center.Desired Settlement: They need to pay me $75 for the MRI and $28 for the two days I requested travel reimbursement.
