states on a sign. I did her perm and cut and charged her $75 ($65 for perm and cut, $10 for the extra perm used). She gave me $85 ($10 tip), not $95 as she stated. She called back the next day demanding her money back. I told her our guarantee is only good for a reperm, not her money back. We rescheduled a perm for Nov. 5th which was 4 weeks later so we wouldn't over process her hair. She came in that day 15 minutes late and very upset. I looked at her and realized she still had curl in her hair(a month after). She was being very rude in front of customers. I told her she needed to calm down and we would figure out the problem. She demanded I roll her perm a certain way, and was told the perm simply wouldn't take if we did it that way and she would have to sign a paper stating that I told her this. She kept demanding I give her her money back. She was getting out of hand, so I told her I would take $10 for each perm I paid for and she could have her $55 back. I forgot to take out the $18 for her cut, but that was my mistake. I feel Mrs. [redacted] received the perm she asked for and is just trying to get it all for free. I invested 5 hours of my time to do her hair, and was disrespected and taken for granted.
