I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowRegards, [redacted] I'm also asking for my $back that I paid him for the season because he has done a horrible jobHe has never once completed the agreed apon jobThen when I called him about the damaged tree, he became angry, told me I was a "pain in the ***" told me he was done plowing for me and hung up on meThus not fulfilling his seasonal contractSince that time we have gotten enough snow to warrant my driveway bring plowed, timesBut because he quit, this hasn't happenedI have pictures of the damage to my property as well as a text message he sent warning me what would happen if I pissed off the plow guyFor some reason I am not able to upload them in this format This guy thinks he can run a business and get away with treating customers poorly, he needs to know he can't!
