The Next Generation Lawn Care and Snow Plowing

I would just like to say I have never been reported to the Revdex.com on this case with this customer she only reported me to get her money back after snow plow season was done she says I did damage to a tree that is I believe she made up the damage to try and get more money back from me I would text her to even give her warning I was coming to plow so she could move cars so I could do a good job but their is no satisfying her I stand by my work and always have but some people are out to get services for free

I stated that this customer was the worse she is suing me with no proof I did the damage to her very messy yard she has pictures of the damage that's great but what she didn't have is me doing the damage I will pay for the month of March wich comes to a hundred dollars and I don't even have to do that but I will she has nothing better to do then try and ruin my good name it won't workAnd this is why I keep my clientell towards the upper class

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Regards, [redacted] I'm also asking for my $300 back that I
paid him for the season because he has done a horrible job. He has never
once completed the agreed apon job. Then when I called him about the
damaged tree, he became angry, told me I was a "pain in the [redacted]" told me
he was done plowing for me and hung up on me. Thus not fulfilling his
seasonal contract. Since that time we have gotten enough snow to
warrant my driveway bring plowed, 5 times. But because he quit, this
hasn't happened. I have pictures of the damage to my property as well as
a text message he sent warning me what would happen if I pissed off the
plow guy. For some reason I am not able to upload them in this format.
This guy thinks he can run a business and get away with treating
customers poorly, he needs to know he can't!
