This is the first letter I have received from your organization concerning this matter
Ms*** did purchase a recliner from this store in June of She called shortly
thereafter to complain about a noise the recliner madeThe recliner in question is a Best 9AW-manufactured in Ferdinand IndianaWe followed the protocol set forth by the manufacturer and inspected the chair and lubricated itAfter a short time Ms*** reported the noise was backWe picked the chair up and brought it back to our store and re lubricated the mechanism and tested it over a period of two days and could not identify a noiseWe then returned the chair to Ms***She called back after a couple of weeks to complain againShe also called the chair manufacturerWe could not identify a noise, but after a conversation with the chair manufacturer, we replaced the reclining mechanism in the chair at no charge
After over a month Ms*** called back and complained againI asked to set a time to inspect the chair, and she refused
Ms*** has been extremely unpleasant to deal with during this entire program and wasn't willing to work with us on trying to resolve the problemWe are a small retailer and are at the mercy of the manufacturer when covering their warrantiesWe also do not have the personnel available to be at a customer's beck and callWe have days a week to be able to do inspectionsThis store has been in business in this location since because we DO provide quality products and servicesThere are limits to what we can do and Ms*** does not want to work with us for a solutionWe have tried to help with the resources we have available and she has been very uncooperative

I did not want to have to take off another day of work so I could be home for the company to come and get the chair yet a third time to "fix it"No explanation has been given as to how they are going to fix this chair, that is any different than what they tried the first two timesFurniture that is built needing repair several weeks after it is purchased should not be allowed to be sold
I would like an detailed explanation of what exactly they planned to do-how are they going to repair itthat they didn't do the first two times they have come to get my chairIt is extremely embarrassing for me to have my neighbors watch as they bring a truck to haul the chair out of my apartment that many times
