This letter is in response to the complaint filed by *** *** on May 8, 2014, Id number ***Miss *** came in at approximately 1:and ordered our deep fried BBQ nachosShe received them promptlyShe paid
for them and leftAt approximately 2:pm she returned with her carry out box in hand and informed me that she thought her nachos were burntI inspected them and informed her that we deep fry our nachos so they looked like every nacho we sellI offered to cook her whatever she would like regardless of her attitude and the fact that the nachos were eaten fromI did tell her not to order anymore nachos because they would all look that wayMy waitress took her order for a BLTShe asked to add cheese and for a side off baked potato saladShe was informed that we closed at 2:and it would only take about to minutes to have her order readyMiss *** did not return until 3:to get her orderWhen she arrived she looked into her take out box and informed my waitress that she didn't know what came on a BLT and she wanted her money backMy waitress told her that shewould need to speak with me at 5:pm when I returnedAt 5:pm she entered my businessI asked if I could help her and she demanded her money backI informed her that I wasn't going to do thatI told her that I tried to please her by preparing a second order and I had also paid my employee overtime to stay waiting for her returnShe demanded again becoming louder and more irritatedI ask her to please leave my building She demanded again louder then before and more irritatedI ask her a seconded time to leaveThis happened again and got my young daughter upset and crying because she feared this ladyI then ask my waitress to call the local law enforcementInstead Miss *** said she would call them for meWhen they arrived they first informed her that this wasn't an emergency and not to daily for something of this nature but instead to call the sheriff's office directlyShe told them her side and I responded with my sideThey told her that it was a civil matter and that they couldn't make me give her back her moneyShe did not respond well to them but after several minutes of arguing back and forth they did escort her outsideThere was a .** difference in her original purchase and her second orderShe did pay me *** for the nachosBut after giving her the second plate and paying overtime I lost moneyIf anything I would only give her the .** cents. After speaking with other business owners in our area I learned that Miss *** is not allowed in Dollar General because she was allegedly caught stealing and has a history of "showing out"I hope that this clarifies this complaint
