Review: We purchased a full page add in "[redacted]" magazine on June [redacted] 2014. Can send copies of receipt if desired. The Magazine was supposed to be released on or before June [redacted] Spoke with [redacted] from [redacted] on July [redacted] asking why we have not received a copy of our published magazine. He stated it still has not been printed and should be hopefully in the next week, called a week later and was told probably another week. I at this time asked to cancel our add and requested a refund for services not rendered. They stated they would refund it by the following Monday August [redacted] 2014. I have called almost daily to ask were the refund is and have gotten the run around every conversation. It is now Wednesday August [redacted] spoke with [redacted] the [redacted] of The North Star group which owns "[redacted]" and "[redacted]" magazine. He spoke to me and belittle the matter and acted as if I was the one who was wrong to expect a return.
