AS I recall, [redacted] refuse for our service due to our job was too slow is not acceptable, He has breach of contract because he sign & request special order takes time to be arrivalNow, he sees the important part of our work done The cabinets can not be refunded flooring material has been in his garagethere were more boxes arrival in our warehouse [redacted] can not request refund since he already has Boxes of materials sitting in his garage I will e mail you the Job reports which I obtain from project managerI don't know if Cabinets can be refunded since it is a special order I am sorry can not get hold of Jose project manager will get back to you as soon as possible I also carry general liability insurance 1,000,we have advance the job before the funding to our accountI HAD MEETING WITH [redacted] AND WAS TOLD THE SPECIAL ORDER CABINETS IS IN THE WAREHOUSE READY TO DELIVERY, ( SPECIAL ORDER ARE NON REFUNABLE ) SO AS THE FLOORING MATERIALS WAS SITTING AT ***'S GARAGE WITH MORE BOXES B/OIN THE WAREHOUSEWE CAN TRUCK IT TO THE CLIENT [redacted] SINCE WE HAVE LEGAL ISSUE.FROM [redacted] ***WE HAVE ALL DOCUMENTS TO PROOF THAT THE MATERIALS BACK ORDERS ARE ALL IN THE WAREHOUSE ARE READY TO BE PICK UP*Please view attached document

We have NEVER refused serviceHer foreman Jose T*** told us and emailed us(we have a copy if you need it) end of May that he could not do our job as he is no longer with *** ***'s company and that the company is no longer in businessWe called , emailed and sent letters in regular mail over dozen times asking them to show up to do the job or refund usWe even told Veronica's lawyer Mr *** that we would accept delivery of the materials we bought but he said Veronica dsn't have to give them to us or refund us and that because she was a company she is covered and can do what she wants
The few boxes of flooring we have is useless as it is not enough to do any part of our homeJose T*** told us that he didn't have the money to ever order the cabinets(neither he nor Veronica ever even measured our kitchen!!!)veronica told us that they had to use our money on a downtown job that ran $30,over!!!!! She also said that Jose was getting deposits on jobs they can't possibly do and that she had broke up w/ him and there is no company anymoreJose sent us another email describing how sorry he was that he left our job undone but he now has a sickness and he couldn't do itHe said to get our money back from veronica and if she wouldn't pay us back he would pay us out of his personal fundsI have that email alsotimes they said they would come out and times we waited and no one showed!! Contract states job would be finished mid May and it hadn't even been started!! Jose said he would order cabinets multiple times but never did as they had no money and cabinets were expensiveHe also asked us for $more in the last phone call we had w/ him end of May
Again we gave them the opportunity to mitigate their damages by at least providing us w/ the materials WE paid for and Veronica refusedVeronica also said Jose was in trouble w/ the IRSWe have all the documentation if you need itVeronica and Jose both told us that they are not in business together anymore**The last time we saw either Jose or *** *** was 4/26/when they talked us into meeting them at Veronica's bank to cash the checkAfter that we called and emailed them daily and they ignored us
it is so wrong what they have done to us and the way we are living in half a house because they took our money and did not uphold their end of the contract.Just a quick update concerning our complaint. The 3rd week in May a "friend of a friend" of Jose T***'s showed up with some drywall and a can of paintHe worked hrs a day for days and on the 4th day he stated Jose and Veronica hadn't paid him and they have a history of not paying their workers-(day laborers-this company has NO employees on record) and he couldn't work for free. He said he didn't have any money from them for supplies and he was sorry but he couldn't work for free and without any supplies and he left. His name was Tony and since he wasn't affiliated w/ their company we were at great risk since he wasn't even bonded or insured My husband and I finished painting the kitchen and dining room and living room. As you can see from the pictures we have been living in a bedroom with a microwave and a card table and a bathroom upstairsThey have denied us the use of our home for what it was intended for and we are paying a mortgage on a house that isn't worth what we are paying in it's current condition. Veronica's lack of integrity is alarming and she seems very confused. We even told her if she had our flooring she could deliver to us and mitigate her losses and instead she went off sending us an incoherent email and swearing at us. If you will also check the "new" address she is using for her "business" you will see it is a boarded up shack w/ barbed wire around it and multiple padlocks on the fencingIt is definitely not a business and has no trespassing signs posted all around itThe KIng County Sheriff's Dept sent detectives X to try to make contact w/ Veronice T*** to this as well as her home address and she wouldn't open the door. Moving her business address to this rundown boarded up shack is just another attempt at *** *** to continue taking advantage of peopleYou can google this property as well to see for yourself it is definitely NOT a business or even a home. My husband and I have an appt w/ an attorney this Wednesday July 26th.Sincerely,*** and *** ***
