Our protocol is for the customer to have the sale they are wanting to use available (printed or on their phone) since our sales are offered to those who sign up for them through email/text or follow our social media outlets. It sounds as if the customer has not opened the items? If so,
we will honor a full refund, without any restocking fees. If the customer would prefer to keep the items, we can also offer to refund the amount he would have gotten off, with the sale. All in all, we are sorry for any inconveniences this situation may have caused the customer!!
