Please be advised that we are very upset that Mr. [redacted] feels that the management does not care about the property and trash is being piled up. We do work diligently every day to pick up the trash as this is a constant and ongoing struggle with a lot of low income/affordable housing communities. We were short-handed for a couple of months but we recently hired a new full time groundskeeper and he has been doing a great job of keeping the property cleaner. Unfortunately, the residents at this location are consistently throwing trash on the ground and it’s hard to identify every person who does it. But when we do see someone do it, we definitely address it with them and we issue them a fine of $50.
We hope that Mr. [redacted] is now seeing a cleaner community at the Oaks at Brandlewood and is satisfied with living at our community.
