Keller pools, "Gary" installed a pool liner for usThe old one was rippedGary shut down filter and said we will take it from hereThey repaired the pool, installed the liner and turned on the pump, blowing rusty water in the clean new poolmonths later and after paying him double the estimated cost and him constantly adding chemicals the pool still looks discolored and he threatened to sue for more money! His company hasn't been on the property in months yet the charges keep addingHe attempted to get it to look correct(months of adding chemicals at supposedly no charge, now being charged) and says he doesn't know why it looks green but that's what you orderedGary,the owner tried to tell us it looks beautiful green! Who wants a green pool? He is now threatening to put a lein on house and court action using his free attorney (a family member) as it sounded like he does this a lot, when he was shouting threats at me on the phone for us not wanting to pay for the filter he ruined by leaving the chlorine in the filter for extended period of time without flushingWe are going to end up with a court battle with this poor excuse for a company and hire someone else to replace the brand new liner as No one wants to get in the pool with it looking green I recently wrote the complaint about Keller pools and I am writing this time to say that I am happy to say Gary and I have now amicably resolved all the issues!

I recently wrote the complaint about Keller pools and I am writing this time to say that I am happy to say Gary and I have now amicably resolved all the issues!

I am very pleased with the service we received on 8/21/2015.
We had water all over dining room carpet, caused by furnace leak and I anticipated an enormous bill.
I called Paul's Furnace Repairs .The young man who came out fixed the furnace, and was extremely helpful and polite.He was very fast and efficient.
Expecting to pay 100's of dollars we were very happy with just $129..total
for evaluation and repair.
