I ordered a custom T-shirt from Tailor Creations on 3/31/ I contacted them via email on 4/14/because the shirt had not arrived yet They responded via email on 4/18/with a request for my order number I responded back the same day with my paypal verification information & provided them with a shipping address since there was not an order number provided They replied to say they needed to look it up They responded days later saying they see my order and it was mailed and should arrive within a week A week later, it never arrived I emailed again to request a tracking number, but no response I filed a dispute via paypal, but still no response from the business Not a happy customer...and will never be one of their customers again Lesson learned, look up the business reviews BEFORE ordering from them :(
I ordered few item from tailorcreations.com over $and yet to received my itemsI called and the customer repstated it would be mailed again because the item was mailed to the wrong addressI have not received the 2nd one to dateI order it in November it is December 22, There customer service is ridiculous and they should definitely be closed and not allowed to post their business on lineIf I live in Nevada I would be at the front door for sureI've been calling everyday all day and I get an answering machine stating their office hoursThanks to them my baby's 1st time birthday party ever has been really sad for her
I saw this website on Pinterest as I was looking for birthday shirts for a Shimmer & Shine birthday party for my daughter. I emailed "tailor creations" inquiring about a shirt and if we would be available and shipped to me in time for my daughters birthday with regular shipping, they responded fairly quick to my email. I placed my order but something didn't quite go through with my card I was informed via email and recieved a call to fix it. I waited over 5 days and have been checking the link to see if my order was shipped NOTHING it's still saying 2-3 days it will be shipped as it did when I placed my order. I have tried to call/contact through email and no response. They stole my money and I have nothing in return. This is not a legit website. They responded about placing the order and taking my money but not about giving what I asked for! Stay away do not do it!
These people stole my money I called numerous times for a claim and sent emails then some how the where able to delete the emails I sent them . With my order number. No one answers back I'm sad because I ordered a dress for my daughters birthday and I was scamed out of my money
