We arrived to our hotel on August 4, (Grand Beach Resort) around 4:00pm we where told we where given a bedroom suite instead of the bedroom we originally reserved fine we settled into our room around 12:00pm we get a knock on the door advising us to please come down to the lobby I go down to the lobby we told the security we would be down right away and he said its ok ill wait here I went down to the lobby where I was told we where checked in at the wrong hotel and we needed to leave to our correct hotel (Grand Villa) like how can this happen how can they check me in with proper id into a wrong hotel then kick us out on the street like dogs with no remorse that we where with small children they didnt care all they told us was there was nothing they can do that we hadto either pay for a room there or leave so at almost 1:00am we hadto gather all our stuff and go the next day I get a phone call from the front desk offering us a $gift card for what to shut us up from being treated like sm and thrown on the street with our children at that time at night I just want everyone to know that these people are inhumane and unethical human beings and didnt care one bit I will never rent at any of these resorts again!!!!

I spent a day weekend at a Diamond Resort , which we paid for because of our rd anniversaryWe where asked if we wanted to attend an presentation about the resort We agreed and did after we checked out on Nov th With the understanding that this was a hr presentation, Which stated at am, we left there after 1pm , We listen to there presentation about the resort and told them that at this time we couldn't afford itThe man worked with us left the room and went and got somebody else who can back to us with a different offer again we said no They then left the room and came back with some one else with another offer We said No again ...This time they left and came back with the manger and offered us a sample package with the understanding that are family could use the points, and we whete offered a week free vacation anywhere we wanted to go, We told them that we didn't have the the down payment and that couldn't afford it at this timeThey told us we could apply for there Barclays card and could use that for the down paymentWe ended up saying yes because we was told that are family could use and that we could go to anyone of there resortsLIES ..We are limited on where we can go and I was informed by a representative that are family can't use it , another LIE, ..we felt pressured into buying the timeshare and just want are money back Also any time I contact are representatives he never speaks to us an wont answer my calls and we didn't get the free vacation either

Diamond Resorts gets you by calling you to come to Orlando for free nights and days and all you have to do is listen to a timeshare presentation and pay fee to Elation Sale Sign, Miami, Fl of less than $for your stay at Grand Beach, Orlando connected to DRThey have high power sales personal that prey on tourists who do not speak English fluently or understand the English contractThis happened to a young Asian friend of oursThe salesman gives her his personal phone number to call, if she wants to cancel within the day windowHe doesn't tell her clearly, that she has to write a formal letter to the company in Nevada within that day windowHe simply tells her in a text that he has taken care of it for herShe believes himShe thankfully stops payment and thinks that by returning an unopened tablet gift they gave her, that that is the end of itNo! They threaten her by phone at her work place and also threaten to put her into collection to ruin her good creditAs American born citizens who are trying to help her navigate this situation, we feel this is just awful what this company is doing to herWe hope this will warn others especially those who do not have English as their first language, that this company does not deal in good faith in our opinion
