we experienced some mechanical issues and were unable to complete this job at
our facility, so we were forced to outsource the print work to another local

apologized for the inconvenience to the guests and provided the the remaining
part of the order, at NO COST, as soon as they were completed
Every
effort was made to to complete the order on time, however, funerals are a very
time sensitive and emotional situation that has little or no margin for error
The family was pleased with the product, and the disappoint was mutual that the
whole order couldn't be delivered on timeNever the less, giving them the
programs free of cost is the only concession I'm able to extend
