very unprofessional and they don't strive on customer satisfaction even if you are spending $100 dollars going out there.
I called several times too I get no answer you have to go there in person to get anybody to help you. Which is dreadful and inconvenience

I called in today to reserve a table in VIP bottle service for a upcoming show. I spoke to some cocky, smart as young man named Dion. I told him I have 5 in my party 1 being my daughter who is 20 yrs olds I asked if she can seat at table and he went on telling me how, security is going to watch and make sure she isn't drinking and I better not lay my cup down or ask her to hold my drink while I tie my shoes or anything else. I assured him she doesn't drink I am her parent who will be there and will take full responsibility and he doesn't have to worry about that. But he keep on & on and I wanted to know about the table service time to arrive , location, meet and greet artist, price of bottle service . I told him to please move on from your accusations and threats what your team of security will do if she is caught drinking. I told him she doesn't drink thats not a concern this unprofessional kid told me to "not to talk back to him he's going to tell me all these scenarios rather I want to hear it or not".
Are you f@ing serious? You don't know who I am . I told him I heard enough about it, and since he can't tell me about the bottle service he has to offer me Im hanging up the phone.
BIG MISTAKE DION.
You need to present yourself as a professional employee at all times, your story telling about what happens to a minor if they are caught drinking and you losing your license I completely understand and I would not come to your place of business and do such a thing.I was only asking if a 20 yr old can still sat at the table when bottle service is present.
I mean Damn my suggestion to you is "just say no" a 20 yr old can not be at table . But don't go on scolding me like Im a kid. Im a 47 yr old grown as Mother who knows for a fact no shady stuff was about to go down on my watch. Like I said she is straight edge doesn't drink never has. But you won't know that because your smarts mouth kept yapping and you just lost our on $1k that night from me that I would of spent with tickets, vip table, tip and parking 4 cars.
They need to retrain you, little man, your cocky and disrespectful and rude on the phone .I wouldn't want you talking that way to my daughters, my mother, or anyone else for that matter. U are not the right person in that position. I bet the Observatory losses a lot of service if you are the contact person for this location.
I bet you get slapped or pushed around a lot with that rude mouthpiece you have.
I will accept an apology from you if you want my business. You need to speak correctly to me like I am grown , not a child , like you presented yourself to be, acting like you are bad as with your smart remarks . Don't ever tell me to not talk back to you, or anyone else. Most people are grown up with come to this place remember that.
