Review: I ordered a pair of boots, and they were delivered. However, they were defective as parts were broken or missing. I contacted customer service, and they told me to send them back, and that they would send me a new pair. They sent me the shipping label for me to return the boots. I can see by the tracking information that they had received the defective pair. After that, they stopped answering my emails and I have not received a new pair.Desired Settlement: I would like a non-defective pair of boots that I ordered

Sincerely,
Review: On 2/*/2014 I purchased a pair of boots from this company a size 33, style: Regan. I was travelling and didn't get a chance to inspect this when I first got them. I went to wear them on 3/*/2014 and noticed a snap on the boot cuff was broken. I sent an email requested an exchange (in the same color or a different color, or a refund). On 3/*/2014 I wrote again requesting a UPS refund/exchange label. On 3/* I again sent a email and wrote on their [redacted] page requesting a label. On 3/**/2014 I requested information a third time on a return label and posted again on [redacted]. On that same day I finally got the return label by email with a statement saying they would try to fix the shoe, exchange the shoe, or refund my money. I gave it a little over a month figuring they would be fixing this handmade shoes. On 5/* I wrote asking for a status. On 5/** I wrote again asking for a status. I wrote 5/** stating that I either wanted a replacement or refund and that someone should get back with me. I didn't hear anything from anyone in the company. On 5/** I asked for an email response stating how many times do I have to call and email to get a response. When I call I never get anyone on the phone and I have left two messages but I do not remember the dates. I also posted twice on their [redacted] page requesting a status of the return. I emailed again on 6/** stating I was contacting the Revdex.com because I could not get a response from anyone in their company about the promised return/exchange.Desired Settlement: Ideally I would like a replacement in the same or different color of the same style shoe. If they cannot accomplish this then I would like a refund of the total purchase price.
