Product was horrible not what was promisedDelivery was the worst took a week and a half to get it in the first place when it was received items were missing, it was not painted and items did not match upAnd they never return your call it took me days before I got a response and always promising to call you back and never do NEVER USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THE WORST!!!!!!!!!!

Product was horrible not what was promised. Delivery was the worst took a week and a half to get it in the first place when it was received items were missing, it was not painted and items did not match up. And they never return your call it took me days before I got a response and always promising to call you back and never do.

Review: We purchased $6500 (paid in full) worth of office furniture from this establishment on October of[redacted]. Everything was delivered except for the customized desk. As of December[redacted], we still haven't received it. We've contacted [redacted])politely asking about the whereabouts of the desk, but he keeps on giving us a runaround with extreme vagueness on the estimated delivery time. Often rude and belligerent, threatened one of our managers to meet in person for physical altercation. We would just like to receive our desk and resolve this situation.Desired Settlement: We would just like the product that we've already paid for in an expedited manner.

Review: On 3/**/2015 [redacted]. purchased 7 workstations from The Office Furniture Store.com with the help of [redacted], ** of Sales. The workstations were to be refurbished with a new tan fabric and warm white trim and we were assured that they would be in "LIKE NEW" condition. A 50% deposit was required prior to the workstations being installed, which we paid via credit card. The workstations were to arrive on 3/**/2015 and we were told that the workstations would be installed completely by end of day. The installers arrived approximately 2 hours late and failed to complete the setup, but they assured us they would be back on 3/**/2015 to complete the job. Prior to the installers beginning the work [redacted] contacted [redacted] letting him know that the fabric color and trim were not as ordered. On 3/**/2015 [redacted] emailed [redacted] reiterating our displeasure with the fabric color and trim. He assured [redacted] that once the job was completed we would be happy and if not he would "change things out" for [redacted]. We were also told that the installers were ill and would not be coming to finish the install on the [redacted] as promised. On 3/**/2015 they returned to make a delivery only. After numerous emails and phone calls by [redacted] to [redacted], the job was finally finished on 4/*/2015. [redacted] refused to sign the work order to acknowledge completion of work and waited for [redacted] to get back to us with a remedy for our dissatisfaction not only was the fabric color and trim incorrect but the workstations were clearly not in LIKE NEW condition. No call came - the company credit card was charged an additional 40% of the total cost upon delivery of the workstations on 3/**/2015, and the final 10% on 4/*/2015 despite the fact that we were clearly unhappy with the job. [redacted] continues to claim that he wants to make sure that [redacted] is 100% satisfied with the job, but has failed to offer a collaborative solution as of 5/*/2015.Desired Settlement: EITHER THE COMPANY GIVES US WHAT WE INITIALLY ORDERED OR GIVES US A PARTIAL REFUND ($2000.00) FOR ALTERING THE ORDER WITHOUT OUR APPROVAL.

Review: On a daily basis I receive solicitation emails from this company. On four occasions - two via email and two via phone I have reached out to Lewis S[redacted] to remove me from his company's mailing list. Despite these attempts I continue to receive these emails on a daily basis

Review: We purchased 10 cubicles from this company in September 2015. I was told by sales person Lewis Sanchez that it would take three days to be put together. ON 9/**/2015, the delivery people delivered the furniture and put it in a pile in the middle of our office. I made the final payment on Friday, 10/*/15. On 10/*/15 two men came in after 1pm and started building the cubicles. It took the staff three weeks, and three separate building staff to complete the cubicles. We ordered 10 cubicles with glass windows. They ran out of windows and we only have 7. The other three have regular dirty panels. Every attempt I made at calling to speak with the Manager has been rerouted and I got an email from Lewis saying that they did not have the windows and that nothing could be done because the windows were too expensive for them to purchase and that this was the result of purchasing used cubicles. The cubicles were put in incorrectly. There are a lot of electrical outlets which do not work and were installed incorrectly. Those that do work are installed above the desk so the staff have cords running over their desk. We are missing lamps under the overhead cabinets and the metal frames keep coming off of the panels. This was a horrible job and horrible service.Desired Settlement: I would like a partial refund for the missing windows and bad construction of the cubicles.

They assured us the cabinet would be delivered.
