Review: I ordered 8 tables on the [redacted] of April. I was assured I would receive them by the [redacted] of May. On the [redacted] of May I was told that they were delayed and was offered a chocolate basket as compensation. This never arrived as was an insult to the $11,000 we spend.
On the [redacted] of June I was told there was another delay and the items wouldn't be dispatched until the [redacted] of June!
This is crazy. I spoke to [redacted] who told me he was the [redacted] of Office Leader and he was very rude and would not compensate us for the shipping on this order. We are renting tables in the mean time and it is expensive.Desired Settlement: I would like a 20% discount and free shipping. I would also like the product to arrive!
