The Official Sunset Terrace

Review: I went to taco tuesday at about 5:15 pm with 3 friends. the service was sub par and got worse and worse. We ordered tacos as soon as we sat down and they came quickly. After that the time between orders became embarrassing. 15 minutes, 20 minutes with tacos as well as drinks. we put up with it because our waitress was very kind and apologetic. come 9 o clock, we wanted our check and it had already been very long since last drink. our check was out for over 35 minutes with not a soul to attend to it. I had to get up and move from terrace to indoors to try to track down anyone I could talk to. I found a cocktail waitress and told her we would like to pay our check and please send a manager out. I went back outside to wait with my friends. ten minutes later, a large man comes out to our table. I ask him immediately who he is and he tells me he is the owner, Tyrone. I then explain that the service has been atrocious all night (i had been there nearly four hours) and that we have been waiting for our check way too long. he then proceeds to blame his servers which prompts me to ask if he is also manager to which he replies with "how much have you had to drink tonight?" I went ahead to pay the bill and tip the waitress but the owner/manager was utterly disgusting. he handled nothing and will continue on in his reputation of incompetent mananger/owner.Desired Settlement: I want an apology from the owner.
