I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find the resolution (with the addition of no further email, telephone or mail contact to me) is satisfactory to me. Good afternoon,we we offer flat rate shipping of 4.95 to orders inside the United States. We revieved 2 orders from Ms. [redacted]. We emailed her & let her know that there would be an additional shipping charge. She agreed. against our company, we shipped out her orders and paid the...
additional shopping. Her order arrived, we gave her the customs paperwork to claim the Shipment. She refused the shipment and did not provide the post office with the necessary documentation. We we have not received our items back. There re are some customers that you cannot please and she is one of them. We have done everything we can to get me [redacted] her perfume oils. We we have already issued her a full refund for the order, paid an extra $17 in shopping and have not received our products back.
