Mark is the real deal. If you're apprehensive about whether his service is genuine or not, he can be trusted. Mark has always been professional, knowledgeable, and truly interested to help us benefit from solar. He takes his time, makes sure people understand the process and is there through every step. He goes the extra mile to offer options that might help the customer, not himself. He also keeps the lines of communication open. I've know Mark S. since he designed and installed our 24kW home solar system for Tesla. When Tesla decided to change their business model to an online sales model, Mark left to start his own solar company (The Solar Professionals).

To be clear, we went with a Tesla system not because of Tesla, but because of Mark. His no-pressure, highly informed and gentle approach helped us to understand and build the system that best suited our needs and budget. He held our hands through-out the process - from initial meeting through to turning the new system on.

Amazingly, his efforts did not stop once he left Tesla. When we encountered support issues, he personally intervened and helped us navigate Tesla's Byzantine support system even though he was no longer an employee with Tesla.

As Tesla's sales issues mounted because of their new business model, many customers who were under contract with Tesla but were experiencing significant communications problems with Tesla cancelled their orders and discovered Mark's company. Note that they found Mark because of referrals from existing Tesla customers who had been serviced by Mark!!
