I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I just spoke to you regarding the above complaint. The business has not closed, just changed names, they are now The old chapel antique & artisan marketSame owners, same phone number*** *** Street .*** *** North Tonawanda, New York United States ###-###-####Here are the screenshots of my text communications. They are before Nov7, when they closed the previous business, I thought they were later, my mistake.. The first about the $is in regards to a phone conversation we had about some logs I did not want included, I did speak to the vendor "Joanne" but she called me from a blocked number, so I never was able to contact her directly. I also see where he says I threatened social media, I told him I did not want to do that, not that I would. Although, it would be my right to do soAs you can see, he promises multiple times to send me a package, and then pretends he already sent it, and then plays dumb. We also had multiple phone conversations regarding this issueThis business owner is a liar and does not make good on his promises. I think most shocking is that he charged my card over the phone and never provided me with a receipt, that's crazy
