Good afternoon, I am responding to the last letter received regarding our customer [redacted] ***I already stated in the last letter, and I will state again, we have a no money back policyI asked for [redacted] to contact us if she would like further assistance in the repair of her appliance, however Mrs [redacted] has not reached out to usOur staff explained to Mrs [redacted] that the part that was installed on her appliance was only a temporary fixWe explained that very rarely is it a permanent fixOur staff explained to Mrs [redacted] that she would have to pay a larger amount for the identical replacement part, and Mrs [redacted] chose and agreed to the part that was installedAgain, Mrs***, feel free to contact us for further assistanceI would like to explain what happened in this case from our point of viewWe scheduled [redacted] for an assessment of a refrigerator and a swamp cooler at his homeThe swamp coolers’ water pump was not releasing waterThe technician found a clog, unclogged it, and the water pump began to release waterThe customer did mention a low flow of waterThe technician explained to the customer that if they want a higher flow of water, his advise was to exchange it for a larger pumpThe customer chose not to upgradeThe customer was only charged for maintenanceThe following day, the water pump brokeWe told the customer that we could install a larger water pump for the appropriate fee, which the customer refused to doThe customer stated that we should have predicted that the pump was going to failThere is absolutely no way to predict the future failure of a water pumpThe refrigerator that was assessed indicated a code that there was a compressor failureThis code is given directly from the appliance manufactureIn other words, it has an automatic computer failure detection, this is where the technician got his diagnosisMr [redacted] states he had someone else come out to repair his refrigerator for $120.00, I believe this technician was the real crook for pretending the code, which is never wrong, was inexistentWe diagnosed, we quoted the price we believed was fairMr [redacted] did not want to continue repair with our companyThere is absolutely nothing more we can do for this case

Mrs** Is a good customer of the store she has bought appliances from our storeA stove which works great and never had to be servicedA dryer which has been serviced once because she failed to close the door properly (spring loader) so it
does not slam as a result her sensor brokeWe replaced her sensor knowing she broke and did not charge her a penny (warranty does not cover customer accidents)*** Later complained stating that her washer was making noises while on spin cycle.We send a technician and noises that were being made were (a motor on spin cycle a makes a minor winding noise)We replaced the washer & dryer setThe set we replaced it with the dryer Was brand new and the washer had year of use and she again complained about the same noise and we replied its reluctantly we send a technician to *** the problem again it was normal!!! We again replaced the washer with a BRAND NEW washing machine to cross out this warranty and avoid any further wasted timeNow she is complaning that is wrinkling her clothesSincerely Old Stove Appliances Repair Parts And Sales

THE INFORMATION GIVEN FROM THE BUSINESS IS NOT CORRECTI TOLD THEM ABOUT THE *** ON THE STOVE (NOT ABLE TO TURN) *** LOOKED AT IT AND DIDN'T FIX ITTHIS WAS SEVERAL MONTHS AGO
THE DRYER WAS NOT REPLACED, THE DOOR DID NOT CLOSE AND IS WAS FIXED AND NOW IS WORKING
THE FIRST WASHER WAS MAKING A NOISE ON THE SPIN CYCLE (I HAD SOMEONE FROM ANOTHER APPLIANCE COMPANY TAKE A LOOK AT IT AND WAS TOLD IT WAS THE MOTHERBOARD AND NOT WORTH REPAIRINGAGAIN, EDDIE REPLACED IT WITH ANOTHER USED MACHINEII CALLED TWO DAYS LATER AND TOLD HIM IT IS MAKING A NOISE ON THE WASH CYCLE AND TWISTED MY CLOTHES WHEN IT SPINSI BELIEVE IT HAD A WARRANTY BECAUSE I JUST RECEIVED IT TWO DAYS AGOCAN'T APPLY THE WARRANTY ON THE FIRST WASHER WITH THE REPLACED WASHERI WAS LISTENING TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER COMPLAINING ABOUT NOT GETTING HER WASHER REPAIRED AND NO CALL BACK FROM BUSINESS

I FORGOT TO MENTION SOMETHING ELSE ABOUT MY APPLIANCESIF THE ITEMS WERE NEW LIKE I WAS TOLD, THEY WOULD HAVE A SERIAL NUMBER AND MODEL NUMBER ON THEMWHEN THESE USED APPLIANCE STORES THESE ITEMS, THEY REMOVE THE TAGS SO YOUR NOT ABLE TO LOOK UP THE SERIAL NUMBER AND FIND OUT THE DATE THEY WERE MANUFACTUREDI TOLD EDDIE THAT I WILL TAKE HIM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT OR TURN THIS OVER TO MY ATTORNEYI REALLY DON'T LIKE TO DO THAT, I JUST WANT THE ITEMS REPAIRED
