We did have some shipping damage on our first delivery of [redacted] & [redacted] 's dining tableWe ordered her a new setThe new set was back ordered for a few weeks so we let [redacted] keep the 1st set until the new one came inWe exchanged it on May 22, The original set had additional damage of scratches and dings that were not from shipping and was no longer repairable [redacted] signed the she received the 2nd table and as far as we were concerned she was happy with the new tableShe contacted us around 9/15/and stated that she had been calling us several time and that her table had been damage at the time of deliveryWe had no record of her calling but told her we were sorry for and inconvenienceShe expanded to me that it also was swelling like it had got wetI ask her to send me pictures so we could determine if it was a defect or accidental damageThe manufacture concluded that it was not a manufactures defectWe then ask [redacted] to send us additional pictures so we could us our protection plan to replace the tableWe are still waiting for the pictures so we can replace itWe would like to help her replace it as soon as possible

I am rejecting this response because: the original damage to the table was present the day of deliveryThe two delivery drivers acknowledged the damage to the table, bench & chairs and called Jeff while still in my homePictures were taken on the companies tablet by the gentleman who delivered it The agreement was for us to pick something else out but Scarlett or the original salesman would contactThen the phone tag started happening & then I was told that the same table had been re ordered but was on back order again We should not have to a repair man come in and fix the table that was damaged by Olympia Furniture I also have pictures on my phone from the day the table was delivered to prove the damage did not happen at the hands of us, but is indeed a manufacturer's defect or damage that occured between Olympia Furnitures warehouse and our home We paid for a brand new condition table and that is what we expectWe would like for the table to be picked up and for our money to be refundedAlso, your records need to be better kept, or you should do additional training with Scarlett because I sent her an email to her response & she never replied, nor did I recieve a call from Eddie that I requested

On 11/19 [redacted] and his wife [redacted] came in and purchased a bedroom set with mattress, a dinning room set and a sectional. The sectional was a Clearance Floor Sample and clearly marked as so. The dresser mirror and nightstands were also clearance Floor Sample and marked as so with the bed coming...

from our warehouse new in the box.  The dining room set was available for us to pick up from our supplier on 11/23. The mattress needed to be ordered and was quoted 2 to 3 weeks. All this was noted on their invoice indicated with a "F" for items coming from the Floor a "W" for items coming from the Warehouse and a "O" for items that are being ordered as well as our return and cancellation policy. After [redacted] reviewed and signed the invoice we set a delivery for 11/26 for all items except the mattress that would be delivered when it came in. On 11/26 when the we delivered the furniture the delivery drivers found that the manufacture had not sent 3 support legs for the bed. We informed [redacted] of the problem and she told us that wouldn't be a problem because they wouldn't be using the bed until we delivered the mattress. We told her we would order in the parts and bring them when we deliver the mattress. [redacted] and [redacted] had some concerns at the time of delivery about the sectional being a floor model and contacted their salesperson Jeff at the store. Jeff reminded them that it was a floor model and it was not possible to get a new one and that is why we had discounted it by nearly $700. They said that the arm of the sectional made a funny noise so Jeff told them that could be fixed by our service tech if that was needed. They seemed fine with that  after the phone call. [redacted] called the store 12/16 to ask when we would be available to bring the mattress and support legs out. The leg had not arrived yet but we knew that they would be in early the following week so we set a delivery appointment for 12/20. When the delivery drivers arrived [redacted] would not let the drivers assemble the bed. She said it had several problems with the rails, the decking and the drawers. Most of the problems that she was concerned with would be solved by us finishing the assembly of the bed. We called her and told her if she could send pictures of the problems we would send out our service tech to address all her concerns. After receiving the photos we called to set an appointment for our tech and [redacted] refused to let us come out. She felt it was more than our service tech could fix. Our service tech is 100% capable of taking care of all of the issues that she was worried about. Due to her concerns we told her we would have the factory service tech finish assembling the bed and fix any of the other issues she may have. She said that would be better and would wait for him to call her to set the appointment. When he called to set a time to assemble the bed she refused to let him come out and finish assembling the bed. Our store policy is that all Clearance Floor Samples are sold "As-Is" and are not subject to cancellations for any reason. We are sorry for any inconvenience they feel they have had and would like to come out and take care of any of the problems she may be having including her concerns with any of the Clearance Floor Samples.
