This customer owes $for service from 11/17/15, when their subscription expired until the stop date of 1-5-for a move out As a courtesy The Olympian has written off the dollar amount owed of $

The Olympian paper was started in our system effective 5-10- On 5-23-the customer stopped the paper due to the paper never being delivered On June 1, the refund request had been processed Customer never received the refund and a stop payment was put on the check June 24th, Another refund request was put through that same day to have a credit to her debit card The office called Mrs [redacted] to inform her of this information She is happy

We sincerely apologize for the way this situation was handled. It is clear that Ms. [redacted] mother) did not intend to purchase two digital subscriptions on top of her current print plus digital subscription. We are more than happy to refund her the full amount of $199.00. Our records...

indicate that a total of $184.82 should have already been returned to her cards. The refund was processed in two transactions that represent partial refunds on the two opened accounts. I have assured [redacted] that we will refund the remaining $14.18 to her mother's credit card as quickly as possible. We appreciate Ms. [redacted] as a subscriber and apologize for the upset that this has caused.

The Olympian paper was started in our system effective 5-10-16.  On 5-23-16 the customer stopped the paper due to the paper never being delivered.  On June 1, 2016 the refund request had been processed.  Customer never received the refund and a stop payment was put on the check June...

24th, 2016. Another refund request was put through that same day to have a credit to her debit card.  The office called Mrs. [redacted] to inform her of this information.  She is happy.

This customer owes $21.62 for service from 11/17/15, when their subscription expired until the stop date of 1-5-16 for a move out.  As a courtesy The Olympian has written off the dollar amount owed of $21.62.

There were 2 renewal statements sent out to this customer on 12-29-14 and 1-26-15.  It states on our renewal statements: "Your subscription continues until stopped by the subscriber".  There is a grace period for the customer to send the payment into the office, since there was no payment...

received, the account stopped on 4-10-15.  During this period (between the expire date and stop date) the customer did go through our automated system and stopped their paper for vacation on 3-2-15 with a restart on 3-6-15.  Our office wrote off the grace owed by the customer on 4-10-15 leaving no balance due by the customer.
