[redacted] signed a lease extension (attached) on 06/15/for the lease period of 08/11/- 08/07/ On September 9, she signed the "Request for Rental Contract Subleasing Permission" form, stating she would move out on September 4, (also attached) This form clearly details all of the charges one would expect when breaking their lease We can not legally enter into a new lease agreement until we have received that signed form, and since it was only signed on September 9, and we had a new person moved into the unit on September 20, 2017, I would say that's a pretty quick turn around of time The only "upgrade" we did was replace the carpet - which takes about hours to complete With regards to the "defamation" of her reputation and the "slander" to a prospective landlord - [redacted] paid her rent late times over the course of her tenancy and that was accurately relayed to the prospective landlord when she called to ask for a reference Additionally, the apartment was NOT clean and that is reflected in the $cleaning bill we received from the contractor And finally, there was absolutely no personal relationship with any male tenant nor is this some "personal vendetta"
